Fr. Ramon U. Merino is a Catholic Priest of the Archdiocese of Manila. His current assignments are: Parish Priest of San Felipe Parish in Mandaluyong City; Chaplain of the Asian Institute of Management; and assisting exorcist. He was parochial vicar of the Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe in Makati City; Sto. Nino de Pandacan and St. Anthony in Ermita, Manila. Aside from being the Oeconomus, he was assigned at the San Carlos Seminary as procurator, spiritual director and prefect for formation year.

Fr. Mon is the son of the late Juan Merino and Virginia Unson. Born in October 31, 1963, he is the 3rd of five boys who grew up in Makati City. He took his elementary and high school education at the Don Bosco Technical Institute in Makati City and graduated B.S. Industrial Management Engineering, Minor in Mechanical Engineering from De La Salle University in 1984. He completed the academic requirement of the M.S. Industrial Engineer / Operations Research program of the University of the Philippines in Dilimian, Quezon City. In 2005, Fr. Mon obtained his M.A Theology, Major in Spirituality from the San Carlos Graduate School of Theology in Makati City.

Prior to being ordained a priest in October 29, 2005 by His Eminence, Most Rev. Gaudencio B. Cardinal Rosales, D.D. Fr. Mon was employed by the Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company from 1986 to 2000. He had exposures in Systems and Procedure, Operations Research, Market Research and Real Estate.
